About Our Campaign
Our Mission:
Rooted in faith and tradition, we seek to be a strong voice for the student body, advocating for meaningful improvements that enrich campus life. Through leadership and service, we strive to foster a community that upholds our values, strengthens student well-being, and ensures a vibrant future for all.

Late Night at the Caf!
We believe that extending the Caf’s hours is not just a convenience but a necessary improvement for student life at Franciscan University. As a campus committed to fostering both academic and spiritual growth, we recognize that students have diverse schedules, including late-night study sessions, extracurricular activities, and work commitments. By extending Caf hours, Parkhurst can better serve the needs of the student body, ensuring greater accessibility to quality meals while enhancing overall campus life. We are confident that, together, we can implement this change in a way that benefits both students and Parkhurst.
Extended Gym Hours!
Health and wellness are essential to student success, yet current gym hours don’t always accommodate the demanding schedules of our student body. Many students have early morning commitments, late-night study sessions, or work obligations that make it difficult to fit in a workout. By extending gym hours, we can promote physical well-being and mental health, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to stay active and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Patens at Mass!
Franciscan University is deeply rooted in Catholic tradition, and we believe that incorporating patens at Mass is a simple yet profound way to uphold reverence for the Eucharist. Patens ensure that every particle of the Blessed Sacrament is treated with the utmost care and respect, aligning our liturgical practices with the Church’s rich tradition. By restoring this practice, we can foster a deeper sense of devotion and honor the sacredness of the Mass.
Better Water!
Access to clean, convenient drinking water is a fundamental necessity for students. Whether in residence halls, classrooms, or common areas, improving water access across campus will enhance student health, hydration, and overall quality of life. By expanding and upgrading water stations, we can make a simple but meaningful improvement that benefits everyone in our university community.
Reform Slingshot!
Textbooks are essential to student success, yet the current system forces students to pay exorbitant prices or struggle with unreliable resale options. Many students can’t afford to spend hundreds of dollars each semester on books they’ll only use for a few months. By implementing an Upperclassmen-to-Lowerclassmen Book Exchange, we can reduce costs, streamline access to textbooks, and create a more supportive academic community. This initiative will ensure that all students have the resources they need without unnecessary financial strain.
